Wow this thing went south real quick i see, but why it's all one man's opinion or anothers. We won't know unless one day in another life they get set down and get to prove. If you don't think IBM is an ace, that's fine it's your opinion. I mean really what is the criteria for terms or titles?? Maybe Malik had good reason to turn down Gambler who knows maybe he didn't want to lose his dog in win or lose fashion i really don't know. What I do know is that IBM was a damn good dog and I would feed him or any just like him anyday. I've heard about Gambler and I would feed one like him if all i heard is true because I was told he was a good one but IBM spanked those Ch's he beat because folks took him lightly and he did the damn thing, shame they didn't meet but anything other than facts are opinions and no need for the open forum call outs and all that. AGK, if these insults cast at some of us had been sent in private, things would stay in private. Then again, when I did take some things in private awhile back, I was banned for awhile, after the said member reported me. SO it's okay for some individuals to downgrade dogs they have never owned or seen? Then when they are challenged they take it as a threat and report? WTF? And who is posting anything illegal? You are aware, I'm sure, that outside of the US jurisdiction that American law has no power over others, including Americans who may travel to another country. People can think it is illegal all they want, but they have no say, no power, to enforce American laws in a jurisdiction that American L.E. cannot do jack about. Several people involved in this debate are from this country where those laws apply. Id hate to see anyone get in trouble over ego. Simply saying for entertainment purposes only holds no water in court and conspiracy charges are brought up based on ones words to conspire a crime. Intent is 9/10ths of the law these days. All Im saying is dont let ones ego cloud thier judgment is all. Makes no difference to me personally as I dont have a horse in this race. Just looking out for a few peoples well being is all. All it takes is for a dumb comment to be made and the wrong person to see it and poof, just like that an investigation can open up.

You're right about one thing. "Intent" is a big thing in the dog world these days. Heck, I have been accused of it simply for carrying a break stick when I walk dogs. Others have been accused for having treadmills, books, and supplements. We have all seen how FB and PP were busted on suspicion, but found innocent~~~yet still lost their dogs!

People seem to have the most trouble in accepting the fact that the opinions of others differ from their own. Many say they have a right to speak, but seem to hate it that others do too.
