i hope indy takes RG3 imo washington is a team where good players go to die lol. mabe he will pull a eli and refuse to go to washington? O'l shanny trying to keep his job and prove he can win without elway LMFAO.

 

Superman couldnt be good in Washington as QB at the moment lol. They dont have an offensive line worth mentioning! At least they have signed a couple receivers, but still no time for any QB to get comfortable in the pocket.

 

I agree about Washington. Where players go to end there careers. Usually for big bucks that is. Football is so great at times. The Giants win it all and get beat up twice by the horrible Skins.

Branden Jacobs just signed with San Fran. Some bruising backfield they have now. I wouldn't want to be a d lineman in the 4th quarter against them/.

 

the best move for washington would be to pack up and move to LA. or mabe re sign darrel green and art monk out of the nursing home. at this point bama and lsu could beat them.

 

Bama or LSU would kick their asses lol. Maybe VA Tech would be competitive, and their only about 4 hours away.

The reason I posted that clip on Billy Sims kicking that defender in the face, was because he stated the other week that he would probably be suspended for 10 games, if that happened in today's NFL.

It was amazing to see how RG3 was able to produce without any big name recievers. I became a true believer in his abilities, I want to say their last game before the bowl game??? Cant remember, somebody help me out.......but it was less than 2 mins n d game, had to drive down the field to score a fieldgoal im thnkn for the tie for OT but he drove it down then threw a bomber to his reciever and put the ball EXACTLY where only he could gt it and won. That was the game for me. Cant remember all the details though. But he is quit the QB. Hope he dnt go to washington. They need more than just a qb to resurrect them. But goin back to the shockey rumor that he was the rat, I wonder if hes gna have a bounty on him this season if he was? Better get Ray frm balt to handle that. Shockey aint no lightweight.

 

Redskins to LA? I can't see that being a feasible answer to the woes that snyder has created for himself. At least DC is a somewhat diehard fan base, something that I guarantee will be shortlived in LA once instant results aren't apparent as the redskins continue there rebuild/tinkering with the personnel stage.

 

All the shockey family are monsters, at least those I know of. Someone very close to me that I consider family is married to Jeremy's uncle and he for sure could handle Ray even if he aint that young or in the NFL.

If you go way back the Giants had a defensive back named Erich Barnes who made a habit of picking up receivers and throwing the into the sideline benches, I figure he'd last about 1/4 of a game now and be suspended indefinitely!

 

What about Earl Campbell from the Oilers??? Talk about one bad ass RB

 

I saw Earl Campbell actually knock a defender down then just run right over him cleets and all.Campbell was a beast.

 

That is my all time favorite back. Him and Barry Sanders take a quarter each. He is getting the ball from Peyton Manning. The line is Mike Webster, left side of the line is Anthony Munoz and Tony Baseli moving to guard. Right side is Larry Little at guard and Larry Allen at right tackle. Tight end is Marc Bavaro. Receivers, Lynn Swan, Jerry Rice and the deep threat is Randy Moss.

On the "D" side. Playing a 3/4. Lineman are Bruce Smith at left end. Reggie white on the other side. Platoon between Howie Long, Mean Joe Green and Randy White of who lines up over the center. Linebackers. LT, Jack Ham, Ted Hendricks. Ronnie Lot as backer/safety. Secondary, Deon Sanders corner, Lester Hayes, Mel Blunt and Jack Tatum.

Not a lot of offense for this teams opponents.

 

Pretty good selection, but I would take D. Green over "Neon" Deon, and I would try and squeeze Bo Jackson into the backfield some how!

 

Bo was great. Thought Deion was the best cb I've ever seen . Green was good back in the day as well.
