Real face of the war in Iraq

Lets make this clear then right now so there is no confusion here, I am refering to terrorist (you know the people who if they saw you walking down the street would kidnap you and behead you just because your a christian or an american). It's a topic that has many faces I am not refering to the GP, although please do enlightnem me to a war you know of that had no collateral damage??????? Inocent people die every day, I'm not saying its right, but it's just a fact of war.

 

Good debate either way, people have a difference of opinion and thats great. Thats what makes democracy work, but you can't force your ways onto others it just dont work that way, which has been proven for the last 6 or 8 or however many years we have been over their now. :dogtongue:

These are the kinda subjects I usually won't comment on but this one got fun so I did, personally, I don't typically argue Politics or Religion with people, it's been my expierence it don't turn out well.........I have my beliefs and you have yours and that my friend is what makes our country the best! We have the freedom to disagree........

I don't think I have to read anything HC as I have experienced it with 2 boots on the ground. It is you my friend that has to read and think a little more. And yes war is ugly by the way! Now you have no idea why those birds were conducting surviellance on those individuals And I could bet you they just didn't stumble upon them. What Im trying to say is people see a video with out knowning the whole story and begin to criticize. Now what if those individuals had just returned from ambushing friendly forces would that change your point of view? Something to think about huh!! Now you say you have the right to criticize For wrong doing and injustice, very well now you tell me what was injustice about that video? Now by any means do I wanna get into a d$&k bumping contest with anyone but some of us don't think before we say shit and believe all the bullshit the media feeds us. People need to study the history of that region of the world. They've been BUTCHERING each other for centuries. Do you really think they're going to accept a bunch of strangers (in their eyes) trying to tell them how to live their lives. Give me a break. Until this country wakes up and realizes this cold, hard and sobering fact, we're just wasting time, billions of dollars and most importantly precious American lives.
I believe in helping those that want to help themselves. Until that part of the world becomes civilized, it's pointless.

i've experienced all of that one to many times in my own city of detroit. You going into detail don't change my outlook a bit, cuz ive seen it with my own two. Only difference is we're watching our childhood friends and family members piss and shit on themselves, not their buddy who voluntarily signed up for the shit. Not that either is any worse or better than the other, but you ain't gotta go half way across the world to see your best friends life taken. It damn sure isn't an excuse for ignorance on my part, so it shouldn't be an excuse on yours either.

This would be like Nuking mexico right now because of the terror in juarez and other towns ran by cartels.
