Why is it Don thought his dogs were the only Bulldogs back then? He talks made crap about everybody including Hammonds. He claims he was the best at handling, conditioning and breeding. I'm not sure if he's just that straight forward and telling the truth or just arrogant and telling lies. Yea he had and handled good dogs. General being one that comes to mind. But I guess that's more of a question for a man like Goat or TDK since they was around the fella.

I'm not discrediting the man, he is a legend in the game. But he just blazes everybody. Kinda like a man on his death bed telling all or something. True breedings, personal stuff about other people, dogs that was bred curs, who sucked who didn't, you name it. He said Hammonds yard was built on his hand me down curs and that's all his yard consisted of. Said Hammonds would pay $10 bucks for his curs, over 100 of them and bred the balls off of them.

 

I've seen one with me own eyes you add a Mayfield to a certain line if it clicks you got a pot of gold Mayfield can be a good secret ingredient

 

Mayfield blood added to certain lines can be a secret ingredient when it clicks you got jaws of a shark the ghosts of earl Tudors dogs comeing through
