Your lines you started from present back four generation...

A guy(zigg311)i respect alot on this board started a tread about a lesson he learned!! On how to pick dog's to start a line,and continue that line. I could agree very much in principle with what he was taught. So with that being said their should be both physical and mental characteristics from a developed and established line started by you. Since we can't measure mental aspects of anyone's line I would like to see four generations pictures of dogs leading up to now of the line started by my peers on this board. Let us see if this theory and principals hold true. I will start with four generations to now of my line. In the beginning

..if you breed good looking dogs together,,you have a good chance off haveing good looking pups.....if you breed game dogs together,ya have half a chance of getting some game pups...lol...ya def have nice dogs ..enjoy em...

 

Thanks Blue and you right about breeding type to type, but you must also include when you breed fault to fault you get more faults...........I'm not saying my dogs are/aren't in the league of some lines that I consider good looking Chinaman line, Garner line.....

The row of 5 pics you have remind me of dogs we have from beginning to current. The Buckskin or red dogs have dominated most litters with exception to those heavy in the Alligator which were more black.

Bad Dream was the 1st male in today's dogs & he was bred Daddy x Daughter off Crutchfields Bocephus.. Sir Zigg thanks for your openness and honesty. Those dog's you shared with me are not just from some of the same stuff,but they are also amazingly identical...Woww you too have some great looking dog's. Talk about connecting the dots! Zigg does it make sense when I say I know what to expect in temperaments(Drives&Instincts)also.

It makes perfect since that you know what to expect!
People will say you can breed a pure redboy - red boy & get specific traits. They will say the same about bolio- bolio , frisco - frisco , Eli-Eli & so on.
But how many actually bred, raised & worked the dogs that they are talking about? Yet alone seen each & every dog in the pedigree?
Why would you or anyone else that actually seen ,raised & worked the dogs in the bloodline know less than those who didn't?
You don't have to be famous or feed famous dogs to know the dogs you feed. You just have to know the dogs you feed.
I believe you more about you dogs than someone talking about jeep who didn't breed, feed whelp , raise & work jeep.
