what is meant by a "hard keeper"

I'll try that next time. I appreciate it. What I normally do with her now is put her in the above ground kennel until she dries. I'll give that a try though. She's the first one that has done it for me. She didn't do it at first but eventually started.

 

Another thing about my post. That same dog drags her face in the dirt after I spray her swivel with WD40. I can take her OFF of her chain and spray the swivel and then put her BACK ON her chain and she smells the WD40 on the swivel and will drag her face in the dirt and then proceed to roll around it in too. LOL. Fuqin idiot.
