true weight question?

    just a question for the board. before starting a keep for a show how do you find out what your dogs true weight is?

    lol thats simple. i guess what im trying to ask is... does anyone do something like a small work out or keep at a younger age to know what weight to be shoting for during the keep? and if so around what age is this done?
