    a) Why are some bloodlines named after the bulldog and others are named after the breeder?

    b) when does a bulldog become a line? I mean like why are Jeep dogs not Honeybunch dogs? or for that matter why are the jeep dogs not called Crenshaw dog's?

Its mostly a matter of opinion and who u r talkin to.Different people use different lingo and most dont really know what they are talkin about anyway.

Study the ped and come to your own conclusions based on % and who bred who. Look at famous dogs peds and see why they were so good on paper and what they produced in the future up to the present. look at what crosses have been made repeatedly, which is a good indicator of success. Just go to peds online and spend hours tracing dogs peds then youll start to get it.
