i have been looking around and i seen i have forgot to introduces myself to yall well im 19 new to the whole game dog world. i know there are many thing i need to learn and find out i got my first dog 3 weeks back i think he is 14 week old pup name king my pride and joy. im here to find experience for some the dogman on here. so far i have made just one mistake of many from what i hear i got a pup with no background ( no ped) but looking to do better i have big dreams for me and my dogs so if u have any addvice just let me know im in dallas tx.:dogtongue:

Nice looking pup. I cut my teeth on rescue dogs, haven't had a papered apbt yet. We all gotta learn one way or another. Just do right by your pup, honor your commitment and he will be a great dog. Just in case you haven't found info, there are limited registrations for ADBA, and UKC to allow your dog to compete in fun shows, weight pulls etc. It requires spay/neuter but it ain't in the best interest to be breeding him anyway. Lots of low cost spay and neuter options out there so check around. Welcome to the site lots of good info and people to learn from.

Everyone startes somewhere. Just because your dog doesn't have papers doesn't mean he wont be a good dog. Love him and care for him. Just don't breed him. While you live and learn with this dog take the time to research the breed, bloodlines, health, nutrition and proper containment. If you want to come to an ADBA show we are having one right down the road from you in Georgetown TX April 2nd and 3rd. We would love to have you.

My 1st dog had no papers but was the best I've ever owned. Man I miss that dog !!!
