Idiots !!! That is how you pick up a small terrier - go to any Jack Russell Club of America show and you'll see it all day long! You even "tail" the little dogs to get them out of the ground. What can you expect from the same group who give their dogs their (owner's) last names, astrological signs, celebrate birthdays inviting other dogs over for the party, dress them up to go out, etc. !!! LMAO!!!

The problem is now days there are more people who cant mind there own business and want to force there opinions on to others by making it become a rule or law.
