Not dog related! but I lost a very close friend today :(

It is a very sad day for me, I lost my flying buddy and very close friend in a plane crash, he and 4 of his friends lost their lifes, this is all I have on this for now

He was only 37 yrs old and left behind a 2-3 yr old little girl that loved her daddy very very much and a wife it so sad, I will miss him greatly

I just found out two of the people aboard were 12 and 13 yrs old one of the guys kids

I am so very sorry, Marty. And that poor little girl.

I'm not sure how much free time you have on your hands these days, but if you have some, why not write down (or type) some of the good stories you have of your friend about y'alls time spent together & put them in an envelope for his daughter to read about when she gets older. It would be a great way for her to get to know about that part of his life. (just a thought)

First of all I am sorry Marty. Second this is a really great idea. It will also help you better remember him and maybe feel a little better. I do know your pain, I too have lost a very close friend. There is no feeling worse than that. I am sorry for your loss Marty. Best Wishes to everyone involved in this catastrophe.

 

I'm so sorry Marty. That's terrible ...even moreso considering he was so young and that his daughter will grow up without her daddy. My condolences to everyone affected by this tragic event.
