Neoprene Padded Collars !!!

    Neoprene Padded Collars !!
    These are 2" Wide Collars are sized to fit a 15" to 22" Neck Size
    I currently have these in Black with Black trim, Black with red trim or Black with Blue trim.
    The neoprene is waterproof and will not soak up water and stink like other padded collars.
    The neoprene is also very soft and cushions great !!
