Good Bye My Baby G.C.'s "Honey"

I'll try once more and tone down the info. on this
Great Bulldog. I lot her two weeks ago this morning
and it's been 2-of the saddest weeks I've had in my
25 years with this great breed.

She was 11-1/2 Years of age when she passed
on 3-6-2009

She was a gift from the Bulldog Gods to me back "97"
she was out of the last litter of her Dam kemmer's "Gigi"
it was a litter of 4 pups, "Gigi" was around 12
years old herself and way past her prime to welp
but the old gal pulled it off.

"Honey" was my best friend, bed buddy and center
of my world for the last 10 years as she stoll my heart
her only down fall was she was a One Owner Dog and
didn't care to have anything to do with strangers but
didn't mind playing with other K-9's as long as the
other K-9 didn't try to dominate her she would play
with them over and over.

She was a great mother to her pups and loved to wrestle
and play with her pups more like a buddy then a grouchy old hard nose female.

Her was her Ped.

Here is Daddy's Girl w/ me in 2002 Marc Joseph with
the N.Y. Time took this photo for me, the same guy
the had the book that was abest seller on the LA times
list for weeks on end. Thia was a privite picture he
took with the stipulation not to put in his book.


Honey and me the week before she past on the bed
"Her Sipping Spot" she would lay there working over
her chewy for hours.



Her was a Chewy "The only thing I like better then Chewy's is Daddy and laying on my Sipping Spot
and of course a big bowl of Special Bits !

Our first big show one week afther we moved to the
Ozark Mountains, she just loved playing in the Snow.


Honey and me a week before she pasted, can't your she
she was on the Jenny Craig Seafood Diet "Eat all She Could See" then work out sleeping on the bed.lol


The "Honey" X "MachoBuck" breeding and the pups it produced.




I have many other pictures of her and other famous
Bulldogs but most I keep for myself, just wanted to
share a few with the members here.


Every Man should love two things in his life
A real Bulldog and Good Woman and I have been
Blessed to have had both.

A strange thing happend a few weeks back, a member on one of
our privite groups wrote me and said someone had "Honey" up for
sale not just any Honey but my dog "Honey"

This was on Peds-On-Line (Feds-On-Lines) message board witch
I don't have a membership to and never will. Because back when
they started up the owner was trying to get dogmen to post Peds
of their dogs ,well I put up some Peds of Dogs I had bred or had
been breeding for over 20+ years and some yawho would change
thenm or delete them. they gave me a warning and said I was lying
and just trying to start trouble.

Any way it's funny how things go with these dogs
maybe at was an honest mistake or maybe someone was
trying to pull a fast one, only problem he came in last
at the special olympics for pulling fast ones..lol

But seriously folk thanks for your concern
when i'm finished i'll post a photo of her
grave and head stone that I'm having done
as I post and should be finished some time next week.

I have had to beary many famous dogs in the pasted, when
we were at the big ranch(D.S.K.'s) we had an Big Old Oak
tree where we would put the greats that past on there at D.S.K.
I put "Honey's" mom Kemmer's "Gigi" right next to Gr/Ch
BB Red ,that was on 1-1-1998 as "Gigi" past from natural
causes.

Hope I didn't cross the line on any info. I've been trying to
watch what I post as the Forum rules have been updated
and it's only right to comply with the rules.

By your posts and photos we can all see that you had 11 1/2 wonderful and loving years with Honey. It can never seem like enough with such a beloved dog though, I know that.

BTW, She is beautiful and looks happy. Very Happy.

she was a beautiful dog. sounds like you two were very happy together. it's very apparent that she had your heart. you have my sincerest condolences.
