    The guy was a good dogman. But, he is a rat of the worst kind, incriminating people by putting their names in his book. He is no better and perhaps worse than the snitch Conman that helped convict him. He is bitter cause he was too stupid and greedy to stop when the time came to stop and now he wants to incrimate all the people who were smarter than he was. If you want to give your money to a rat-go ahead and buy the book. The guy has a huge ego problem and it is poorly written & not worth reading. Oh and a lot of it is about his finding God...lol.

    Whole thing is kind of weird cause he is still on probation for 2 more years and he is running around trying to buy dogs etc.

    Yeah dry snitching is shady shit for real, and I'm sure you aren't doing that in your last post benthere. I don't think that the book was poorly written, but I thought that a literal school teacher would have better punctuation in his book. He may not have done the leg work, and had the co-author do it for all I know. I was surprised that he mentioned a specific dog more than once in this book, and was beat by a son of his, but that story wasn't in the book. He went on to win 3 with that dog after G beat him.

    I am not sure what you are trying to say here. I didn't mention any names and the fact that the author of that book is still on probation is public record. As far as him trying to buy dogs, well that is a warning to anyone foolish enough to deal with him. I guess if that is dry snitching so be it. What he did is down right low-down & dirty and people should steer clear of him.

    Has anyone read the book description yet on the net, lmoa. Staying clear of him (benthere), I think he has a fan club now more than before. Funny part is that he talks dog with people today and they hang on his last word when I seen him a couple of weeks ago. What is funnier is that jokes about doing dogs openly on the net, getting back in it. Showing up to conformation shows even too. He was a good dogman but nothing came off that yard in years that was worth a dollar except shep. I guess one famous dog and a handful of accomplishments makes you good enough to write a book and show things that never should have seen the light of day. I guess that is how it is done now days, get busted then write a book to sell. Life of a dogman in 2012. The newbies in dogs should take this as an example to stay out of dogs or at the very least do dogs!!! This man lost his life and had to sell a story to make it, he lost his job, lost his dogs and now the respect of every man/woman who was near him in the old days and his glory lies in the eyes of people who can't tell their curs from winners. And you want this life? Get the hell out of this dogs.

    I just got around to reading part of it, WOW........
    WOW! Does he think everyone is so stupid they can't figure his code out?
    And people wonder why I think about moving out this country.
    If I stay here, I know where I will move!
    Won't be East of the Big River or anywhere near the Midwest........

    A friend has it and asked about him.I didn't know him but read about him in SDJ and stuff.He called me back in the 80's we talked abit but we never did any business.I read a little of the book and I didn't think much about it except self feeding ego bs to me.

    not sure how much of a 'school teacher' "School Teacher" really is. he worked with the handicapped in a state run facility. also he pushes this book on every F/B "pit bull" forum, from the open to the 'secret' ones. i'd personally borrow one and read it but not willing to shell out my own $ for it. as i understand it he pissed off a LOT of people due to naming names in it.
