Some good dogs to get eli type blood through include T-Bud, Midnight Cowboy, Herman, Maverick, Shorty, Two Eyes, Candy

 

I wouldn't mind having something bred down from this one.

You have to look at the pedigree as a whole, not just the sire or dam sherlock. Yeah there are a lot of similarities, but it still would be a cross, especially in modern times, when you don't see eli jr, bullyson, or art, anywhere near the front of a pedigree. Anyways, there was a dog that was from the west coast bred like that, and she was terrible in every way possible.
