Wtf!!!!!!!

Speeking of wellfare. what pisses me off is this..... I work for the gov in the millitary. and i have to take a piss test. and they gov makes sure I'm clean and for the most part livin right. but there is no piss test to recive gov assistance. Thats crazy given the fact that my tax dollars go to assinsting them. why are they not held to the same standards? It makes so much sense. we would save money too. I know a few folk wit no job that do nothing but smoke weed and waste tax dollars.

Welfare is nothing like it use to be at least in Atl.. They give you about 6 months if you dont get it together then your done. Projects are just about done. Alot of the renter though are getting sec 8 homes in nice sub divisions which can be a problem but I think that element has changed. As far as Mexicans are conserned I think they should give them 6 years to become documented if they are not by then they will have to be deported. It would be very expensive and unrealistic to think that you could deport 12 million people. Put them on the books and close the door. That is my 2 cents and I am done.

 

i have to much PRIDE to take handouts. i couldn't look myself in the mirror ar my family in the eye if i was. by hook or by crook i will make a good life ror myself . people have less PRIDE in themselves nowadays .

 

Yea welfare should get drug tested great point. But in Ca we got that prop 215 now everyone has a doctors order and i.d. card even school teachers will test positive, cannabis clubs everywhere that might be why so many people are unemployed there losing motivation the weeds too strong

 

That's great that ATL got their stuff together...but unfortunately that is not the situation most places...

I KNOW that is not the situation in VA. I know of a welfare Mom who has three kids (only two live with her). She gets credit for all three kids, 95% of her rent is paid for, food stamps, medicaid...the whole 9...and all she does is sit around and smoke blunts all day...

I have known her for 7 years, and this has always been the case...

 

I have paid over 150k in taxes in the last 13 years. I have no problem getting some back what I have put in the system.

 

Texas seems to be doin good and they got shitloads of mexicans

 

Pride is a problem I have as well...my ship was close to sinking a few months ago, and I looked to no one but myself to get back on track...

Hell...I wouldn't even collect unemployment...

Yeah man that food stamp thing is over. Nothing like it used to be. You will go down there they will give you some food stamps alright I think it is called a EBT card. You might only get about 50 bucks on there if that. If we can get illegals on paper then we could pay for alot of the debt that this country is in. Damn why do I keep responding to this...;p

Naw thats not true. Texas has oil brother. Trust me I live right here in Houston. There is so much money out here that it is crazy. There are Oil companies down here that you have never heard of. Not to mention all the other smaller billion dollar companies that support them. This has been going on way before Obama. Ps Cali was jacked up wayy before OBAMA,. I guess he is the reason for anything that goes wrong in anyones life these days. lol

The out of control spending is not a Republican VS. Democrat thing...both parties are out of control...

 

i hate wellfaire my step sis is a no good pos. she had 2 kids that got taken by the state no job does any drugs she can put my fam in harms way because of debts to the dealers . she has sec,8 wont go to school even tho the state will pay for it. now she is on vacation in AZ haveing fun & the hard working people pay for her dumb ass. i hate wellfaire i work hard they need to also. it is one big enabler that need to be fixed.

 

I agree and disagree with what is said on this topic, I am Mexican ( a legal one).I have worked my ass off to get to where I am today!!!!That being said nothing was ever handed to be nor was my family on welfare or anythinglike that....My father and I also own a small construction company. We only use Legal Workers, yes most of them are mexicans or hispanics, why you ask because they work their asses off!!!! Like somebody said in the theard above 7 days a week 365 days a year without complaining or having excuses about one thing or the other. I am very open minded and would hire anyone( black, white,brown, yellow, purple) to myself that does not matter as long as they will work their ass off and have pride in their work. TRUST ME HISPANICS ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES GETTING PAID UNDER THE TABLE!!!
There are alot of folks asking to get paid under the table so they won't have to pay child support, or pay their Bankruptcy......:mad:

Another topic I want to address- Isn't this the land of immigrants? Isn't this the Land of Opportunity ? The Land of Supply and Demand ? Isn't this the Land of the Free(doms)?
So I don't understand the problem with folks coming over here to Better their lives, feed their families and live the American Dream

Well a old man use to tell me "If you keep doing what you are doing you will keep getting what you've been getting".
Spending is out of control I will agree but we have to do something instead of closing our eyes and wishing bad times will go away. I remember this time last year the administration didnt even want to admit that there was a recession going on. Not one post on here about that. When all of that money got sent to all of those banks and nothing happened but CEO's getting paid out the ass, Still no post/.HUmm.
But when I see this guy engauged with whats going on all I see is people whinning about him being a socialist or communist. But Not one post since this site has been on about how tax credit were given to all of these oil companies raking in the huge profits while still charging 4 dollars a gallon at the pump. They were charging 150 a barrel and still getting a take break. I think Exxon made the single most profit in one quater in the history of thr world. Not one post. That is when this was a game dog site and we talk dogs but now since we have a new dude in there rthe world is about to end the Anti Christ is here folks..lol ..YPAFF
