So one of oldest friends was found dead this morning, we have know each other for over 30 years. With a heavy heart I found myself reading through old threads here as a distraction and some of the best posts and threads have been by a former member here who passed away herself.

Sorry for your loss brother. A pair of brothers I'm great friends with both lost a different friend this week also. It's a shame you guys are going through this. When my dad passed I was told "be thankful to have known him, be thankful we're all here to remember him, and be thankful you'll get to see him again". May your friend rest in peace and may you be at peace during this trying time.

 

The feelings of loss are a tribute and a testament to the depth of the friendship you had, hold tight to the memories you have. Peace and love

Some great threads! It's hard to loose people close to you I know I was the youngest in my circle and all but A couple are gone! Thanx for sharing these!

As for ABK, she was a good person. Use to enjoy talking to her before she passed a few years ago. She sure loved those Merle mutts. Lol. Very knowledgeable woman she was. A veteran as well. R.i.p to her and your long time friend chuval.

 

Sorry for your lost. I've been going threw it since 12/8/97. All I can Say take it 1day at a time. An just hold on to all the good times you had with her.

 

I'm very sorry for your loss. I was looking at some of the bulldogs. I personally love them old Lonzo hounds. I saw A lot of hounds I was familiar with also like Bubba 5 xw ect. I too lost a True friend a while back also . Lady Rampage.(Rip) 1st class lady in every way with some very good hounds also. She told me that TDK helped her more than anyone . Take care of you . My prayers go out to everyone that knew and loved her. Dex
