Witness Harresed by Pima County Animal Control and Pima County Sheriffs

Well fellow doggers i hate to be a whiner ,but someone needs to raise the redflag,about one month ago to the date I had a potential witness that was on my list harresed by the lead detective in my dogfighing charges here in Az ,well they threatned to take his dogs and from 1:00pm untill 5:00pm they harressed witness and threantened to take his dogs he has bred since 1972 unless he cooperated and they asked him very specific details on my co-defendants and about the BS chid Porn charges on me ,why the Detective is only suposed to deal with animal cruelity .At any rate when it was all said and done they charged him with 3 counts of animal cruelity for having his dogs on tie outs ,he has had a vetrinary signed waiver since 2000 as it has been ilegal to have a dog on a tie out since 1997 in Pima County unless you have a Vetrinary signed waiver for medical reasons whichs he had,and they some how charged my witness with criminal charges in a civil court so he cannot get a court appointed attorney ,the offer that the State Prostituter gave him was 6 mos prhobation 2500.00$ fine and animal control can inspect his yard and dogs without his permission as whenever they feel like it.he can't afford an attorney as he has a chronic terminal disease and is awaiting a liver transplant and only survives on 1000.00$ a month from Disability is that the way they do things ,intimadate our witnesse ,man it sound like the old mob flicks but its the cops who are doing this to law abbiding citizens,heck I know when my attorney wanted to inteview the HSUS expert witneses against me they had to fallow legal protocal and subpeona the witness and meet him at the county prosecutors office ,they just can't go threatining people like this!:eek:At any rate now the HSUS investigator who was pressing charges on my innocent wife and I now no longer is willing to testify against us and the HSUS is trying to get away from my wifes attorney's

Raided2, if your ex-witness' case is in Civil court, then, it cannot be criminal charges. In other words, he CANNOT go to jail (as far as I know) if he looses the case. The only thing civil court is use for is for punitive damages. In other words, get money from someone. Aaaah, just realized something while I typed. States have established new legal procedures IN CIVIL COURT to allow quick petition and granting of legal custody of animals.

If my friend was going through this, I would find out the exact charges. I would ALSO push he COUNTER SUITS for the maximum amount allowed in Civil Court.....that is somewhere around 5,000......I do not live in AZ so that would need to be confirmed with the court. YOUR FRIEND must counter suit. It will only help his case. Right now, they have nothing to loose and everything to win. Your ex-witness should sue them for the mental suffering, out of pocket expense, etc. He will also need to prove he had permission to keep his dogs on tie outs.

Well fellow dog lovers my witnesse who was harrased by the Pima County Sheriffs finally got the source of the complaint he filed from Pima County Animal Control , you guys want to guess who the complaintant was ? Oh hell I 'll jsut tell you the complaintant was the PCSO ( Pima County Sheriffs Office) who called animal control just so they could have an excuse to interrogate him as he was only 3 days away from a " Formal interview" by the attorney s@ the County Prosecutors office ,see hwo the prosecutor and Law enforcement works as criminals together? :eek::mad::rolleyes:
