    Tom's got some great dogs, no question. I'd encourage this person to hold off for a while. Meet people, get to know the the parents, why they are being bred, why you want one and have everything in place you need to maintain that dog.

    Anytime someone offers a 'payment plan' that should tell you what ever it is ,It's over priced . A good dog today should be about $400- $1400 With papers or proof of blood line
