i tried that solid gold when i only had one dog and i would say it is top of the line but if you have more than 4 dogs it is not easy to feed cuz of money factors

Mine all eat Sportsman's Pryde Professional. 40% protein..20% Fat..One of the best dogs foods i have ever FED! i also recomend VF(Veternaian's Formula) it is 30% protein and 20% Fat..It runs a little higher than the Sportsman's Pryde, but it VERY high in the Omegas! Both good dog foods!

I use Diamond Premium Select for adults and Diamond Puppy for guess who? LOL
Diamond Premium Select has the first ingredient as Chicken by-Product Meal.
The dogs look great on it and it is good amounts of the amino acids as well.

I feed Diamond, but just bought a few bags of Maxximum Nutrition from Wal-Mart. Don't laugh this shit looks pretty complete. First ingredient is meat, followed by brewers rice or chicken meal depending on the fomula.

Maximum Nutrition is a good dog food by analysis, but for some reason my dogs tend to get hot spots with it. On the other hand I have friends whose dogs look great on it...
so, I say...to each his own.
