My dog is 3 months old and i was wondering what is good for her to do at this age? I heard to wait till she is older for the springpole.

Just let her be a pup, playing some fetch and light walking is about the most you want to do with a dog that young. Tug of war with a sock will get them used to the activity so a springpole is easier to use later on. Dont start using a springpole until at least a year at the absolute minimum, or you will have toothless dogs in a short time!

    rocksteady I'll drink to that..

No tug of war right now.. tug of war should only be played when the pup's adult teeth have come in and settled and the pup has been trained
Kongs, raw meaty bones, fetch, walks, all good

Everyone here has told you great advice. Just let the pup be a pup and if you want to start conditioning you should do so after 10+ months old and start slowly. Hard work shouldn't start until the dog is at least a year old. Good advice everyone!
