what does it mean 'roadwork'?

    i have been reading on some keep, what does it means when they said "roadwork"

    Roadwork can consits of many different excerises on a pave road, dirt road or grass etc... Mainly loooong hand walking, jogging with your dog on leash or riding a bike with your dog trotting beside you while on a leash.
