My friend has a 5 month old pup that's very healthy and energetic , eats normal and gums R pink and she's vaccinated and de-wormed. But has had drops of blood in it's stool for 4 days. anyone know What can it be?

Hmmm, maybe you can submit a stool sample via PM..lol But really, I would take your pup to the vet and get it the medical attention it bleeds for.

possibly digestive system making some final adjustments, as pups born have yet to fully develop. Never hurts to make an appt. at the vet to have it checked. parvo, but ya, thas a total different ball of wax and you'd know that.

any bleeding from the rear should be checked by a vet ! pups swallow all kinds of stuff . as for parvo pups and adult dogs deteriate real quick 24-48 hrs and you know there really sick !

Is it bright red? Or dark and tarry? Is there mucous in the stool

Has the pup ever had a fecal done? Coccidia can cause intermittent blood in the stool.

Another thing that can cause blood is colitis. And that can be caused by stress, dietary indiscretion, changing foods.

Now did the pup get into anything?

very true agree 100% if vacinations are good and up to date then you can get that one out the way. changing the food arround too much can do as Cynthia has said......
