website creation and hosting

    I am trying to find an easier way to make a website. I have been using Dreamweaver, but apparently, there are sites where you can just drag and drop pictures. These companies also host your site. Some are free, but some cost a bit. I wouldn't mind paying $5.00 or so per month. But it has to be really easy to add new pics and links etc.

    Any ideas? I want to avoid something where I have to worry about being politically-correct as well.
