    i want to know if theres a web site or store that sells a wieght vest, wieght harness, or some thing like that. the closes thing i found is a back pack.thanks for who can help.

    You could make one. A friend of mine did. Just get a nylon harness and those small weights that are made to wrap around your wrists and ankles and rivet them to the harness so they are balanced. This way you can start out real light and work your way up.
