to start a registry

    so my thought for the past month, aside from my other activities,to start a registry.im wanting to start one and cant find any info on how to go about doing it,sent alot of emails but no replies.
    i know ill catch flack for it but,im going to try to start one.exclusively pit bulls,none of that ambully mess,no bs,a quick and easy registration.anybody got any ideas on how i can go about doing this?
