    Not the best pic but its a good condition book. These are no longer available from the source in hard cover. You can get reprints but in sections and in paper back. If he still has them.

    I know nothing of the sort i never seen a book transport, or the dog ate it...
    $200 seems cheap these days,the Bullyson book is valued way high and these books are hard to replace.
    (unless you have a friend with a vendictave wife, than the come ups are nice)
