Tail Opinions please!

i believe the reason it could be like it is, is because the angle of the pelvis. im no construction expert but this is what i believe the main reason is for gay tails from people who make it their business to understand dog construction. something you cant fix. if its extreme corkscrew then its genetics too, but carrying high im told is usually due to the angle of the pelvis which is likely to also have a knock on effect in the rear angulation to a degree. maybe not in this case, so dont shoot the messenger lol
