The HSUS is the Enemy of all Pet Owners

This site is dedicated to informing all about the HSUS and its horrible goal to exteriminate the APBT by criminalizing the owners and attacking innocent breeders, esp old time breedersl, old people, sick people, and people with property that can be forfeited to enlarge their greedy goals.PETA and HSUS are now partners in this quest. Im not much of a writer, but others are. I will cross post their writings and links to their sites. All information here is an opinion based on information and beleif and/or is from another site and that information will be posted with the articles. In some posts you will have to visit the original site to view the graphics as I wont attempt to reproduce the many graphics files. Others are welcome to contribute. Just email me your links and posts and information. My email has been compromised by law enforcement and all materials here are read by law enforcement in support of the goal of the HSUS as I am sure they are benefitting financially from this attack on the breed and its owners.My property is under threat of forfeiture and I have no links to dog fighting whatsoever. I am guilty of being an admirer of the breed and writing about it and posting about it and doing research about it, and most of all, having and loving many of these fine dogs in my life. My dogs have been massacred at the hands of the Pima County Animal Control after a raid and destruction of my property with the HSUS on site in the form of John Goodwin and his followers and the Southern Arizona Animal Cruelty Task Force, the beneficiaries of my property siezure,via the Pima County Sheriffs department, of which the Animal Cruelty Task Force is an arm. I have nothing against Humane Societies that actually help animals and save them from cruelty. That is worthy work. Taking pets from breeders and selling them or killing them is another matter. HSUS advocates the death of all APBT, claiming they are not safe etc. The M Vick dogs rehabilitation, which in fact , is not a rehabilitation at all, because the dogs were the way they were when they were seized. Some of them needed handling by persons skilled in handling animals, but their innate nature was one of freindliness to humans and a desire to be pack members with other dogs of the same breed. In the show Animal Witness, we saw this. There was a huge ommision in that show. John Goodwin and a representative of PETA were featured on that show. Why we dont know. Those two organizations are advocates for death of the dogs. I think the shows producers dropped the ball on this one. They forgot to tell the truth about PETA and the HSUS while allowing them to appear as experts, by not including the fact that these two organizations advocated the death of the M Vick dogs, not saving them. The HSUS, post the M Vick raids, soliticited funds for the M Vick dogs, when in fact, they did nothing to save the dogs, but advocated their death. Solitciting funds to care for dogs that you advocate death for is not very honest, now is it?

Please bear with me, I am not seeking a writers award. I train dogs for scent work in the agricultural sector. The law is trying to supress that fact in my legal case, it is evidence of innocence of any dog fighting, and in the disclosures you will not see my non dog fighting contracts or any photos of my work with packs of dogs and pups to socialize them and teach them the basics to further their careers as scent dogs in a very specialized field. My brood stock and specially bred scent dogs are now all dead. My business was scoffed at and I have been criminalized and slandered in the media across the United States, on the HSUS web site, on PetAbuse.com, lied about by Diane Jessup and slandered by her, and slandered by Bad Rap and called a puppy mill by them with dogs called psychologically damaged by them, but then they state the dogs are very human friendly. Hmmm? Jessup has slandered us by saying we loaded our dogs in a van to die. I think she has us mixed up with the raid in Lousiana of Floyd Boudreaux where his dogs were loaded in a van and died on the way to New Orleans as the van was not vented and it is humid down there. Bad Rap called our kennels "horrendous" and they have never been to our kennels. Our kennels exceed USDA standards, we have the proper zoning, and our facilities were built under the supervision of the Pima County Animal Control and approved by them. We were inspected by them for over ten years and always passed at the gate before the officer, in most cases, Dennis Downing, even came in. He would pass us and then walk quickly through so as to not make the dogs bark at him. His supervisor Mike Boggia, during the first inspection, asked me if I would allow him to bring the members of the Pima County Board of Supervisors over to see how a proper kennel is built. He stated my facility was "beautiful".We disallowed these inspections when we found out that was not in the law. We found out that we only had to present valid rabies certificates for each animal to animal control and pay the fees. The inspections were another lie by them to get into our premises to see if we were dog fighters.Lies and more lies.


The cops are ripping up books and copying the pages. My Faron book is now ripped into peices. They have destroyed everything they took this way. A gun was returned to Raided with a round in the chamber and it went off. He has four kids, lucky no one got hurt. Is the sheriff department being run by morons?

Thanks Marty as you all can see I am not computer litterate LOL @ me:cool: Also it was nice while it lasted guys and it was great that you all allowed me on you well run board but after th 15th of this month I may not be able to get online ,thats is my cutoff date for AOL and my suberscription runs out ,as we are unable to keep up payments ,wee'l see but in the meantime keep your noses clean and support the dogs in numbers!

 

Go to walmart and get one of those free internet discs for a while. I had one once. They work just as good. Peace be with you and your family.

Raided2, if you have a land line for telephone, just use that instead. You do not need AOL to access the internet. Connect your phone line to the PC and login with Microsoft Explorer or something similar.
