Just wondering is a pup tht is three weeks old, old enough to be put on dry food?
As i have a litter on the ground and they are coming on to 4 weeks and they are starting to bite the nipples of the dam and she has started growling at them.

Or is it best to put them on milk replacment for another week or can i put them on dry food straight away?

  2. that's not too young...but they may not be willing to. if they want to and are able to eat solid food....let them. not all will do so at the same age. make sure you dont leave one out to get underfed.

Take some dry food & add some warm water to it to make a mush. Put it in a huge pie dish type bowl & watch them have at it.:D
