puppy question

    Hey guys!!
    i read many posts here about raw feeding.. i feed my 4 months old puppy with: Dog Food Reviews - Nova Fitness Trainer Puppy Fish Rice Medium-Maxi - Powered by ReviewPost (give him 100g, 3 times per day).
    once per week i give him 2 eggs (just yolk), i often give him cottage cheese, and once per month i give him salmon oil.
    since 8 weeks i gave raw beef many times, but i dont know how much should i give him.. is there any minimum or any maximum quantity for 13 kg (28 lbs) puppy to eat meat per day, or should i just let him eat as how much as he wants ??
    because i think he could it 5 pounds raw beef (including briquettes, and all other stuff i feed him). so i'm asking how much raw meat should i give him per day??

    and another question..
    i'll give him raw sardines today.. can i give him the whole fish, or do i have to cut the head of ??
