    Take the picture to a welding shop or metal fabricator and have one made.

    I agree if it is the frame you are looking at then just get it made by someone local. No shipping and you can see the product.

    Agree with the above posters

    I have one setup in my garage attached to my pull-up bar (2 collars, a spring and a tug toy). I like the fact that I can unattach the spring pole in a blink of an eye and take it with me when we travel (in which case I just hook the collar up to a tree branch)
