    THAT IS REALY BAD IT IS TOO BAD THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE DAMAGE TO THE DOG WERE NOT PUT DOWN.I DONT BELEIVE IN ANIMALS LIFE OVER HUMANS,BUT IN THIS CASE THOSE PEOPLE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
