psh, i would try him with a couple females. not just the best one bc you dont know what he is gonna mix well with. If its a dog of that caliber then you takes a few chances. i wouldnt oncprporate in my program but for all you know you may end up with stuff thats better then what you are breeding. You treat a one-in-a-million dog like a one-in-a-million dog!

however a dog like 35 was bred it produced him so something must have been right.he beat some high rated dogs from fancy lines and showed gameness coupled with ability too.i guess it is true that good dogs are where you find them

why not breed him to your best bitch if she can have a few more litters? what do you loose? some feed and space and maybe a litter of culls..expect to cull the lot but if you get even better then is when you have more questions to ask about what to do next....but right now if hes the best you have i think its worth a punt

It depends because say you get him/her how i would from a honest dogman at a gathering after you witness the dog pull you buy him turns out he doesnt have papers but is a bulldog bought from yards of bulldogs there is just a question of which dogs he is off but his lineage is known by a person you just dont have contact with. Id breed him and his offspring for my personal because i wouldnt stud him to public or sell pups.If they winning they winning. I wouldnt buy a dog from a joe without bulldogs period papers or no papers

  7. Thank you. I did not know that.

this bitch had papers but her story was along the same lines as '35'. My buddy D. was getting into the dogs and went out and bought some really nice dogs from really good people. He had assembled quite the yard when the this little bitch just kept coming to the edge of his fence trying to play with the other dogs. D. carried her back home several times but she just kept getting out of her pen. The lady finally asked D. if he would take her, with a bag of dog food, a 10X10 kennel, an igloo house and ADBA papers...for nothing..just take her...D. took her and let her grow up and when she was mature he gave her a chance as a performer and she performed excepctionally well. She stopped'em as fast as they could be brought to her. She won her first in short order (RIP). The second was slightly longer but still a under an hour W, again RIP. Her third was tough as the 'game' was played with multiple spots, drive here, drive there, and after two hours of extra driving Angel was almost 2 pounds light. D. was advised to collect and leave, but he knew Angel was a bulldog. Angel delivered again in less than an hour.
The kicker was her pedigree. If you name a bloodline she had it. From Mims Redboy to Garrett's Jeep to Edward's Molly Bee to Cotton's Bullett to Wood's Snooty to Miss Pool Hall Red. She had a little of everything. She was bred a couple different times and never had more than two or three at a time. One bitch made the show, but the percentages for her were very low...Ch. Angel was a 100% bulldog...US1

I would breed, but i wouldnt breed back into my program. You don't know what kind of problems is in that dogs lineage. Disease, he could've just been the freak of the litter, and other health conditions that might not appear til later on or a few generations later could fuck you over big time. Breed him, see if you can salvage a few prospects and if you can get one or two pups that are anything like him or better than cool. If not, no real loss.

This is my first day on the forum. I never gave it much thought until I began reading the forums but the bloodline of 35 is known. Not a lot of people know it and most of them are gone or completely out of the dogs now.
Gr. Ch. 35 looks like a mirrow image of his sire except he is a few pounds smaller. He was a battle cross and came from Texas.

A dog with out paper work is an evolutionary dead end, ( whether they work out or not ) It pays no respect to the countless people that have painstakingly bred and registered their dogs, nor will it count for anything as the APBT gene pool moves toward the future. It's offspring just become one of countless pitbulls that end up in the pound or worse, in some moron's hands
