Just joined to learn more about conditioning a dog.
I'm trying to get my APBT in shape for agility/maybe some weight pull.

Hope to learn a lot.

no weights, I'm still working on ordering another harness for her (she ate the last one when I left it out).

for it's just fetch and springpole.
