my friend is really confused

  1. i have a friend who has a pit bull recovered from a skin allergy...my friend is now confused on what he should do to add some coat in his dog's bald spot/s
    he tried giving him cod liver oil and vitamin e for 2 weeks but to no definite avail....what do you think?

    Anything you try is going to take at least a month to see any results. Hopefully your friend has consulted a vet? He may need a medicated shampoo. Mia, have any suggestions for him?

    Rogaine or hair plugs are the best and quickest way...lol J/K just keep the skin soft and supple and the hair will usually push back through eventually...

    You can put baby oil on the spots to keep them from drying out. I did that when one of mine was recovering from mange and it helped a lot.

    I agree...NuStock is the best.Buy it at your local co-op farm/feed store.
