metronidazole dosage

    10-30mg/kg On average a 50lb dog will take 500mg twice a day.

    i gave my 40lb bitch 250 one time a day just for 3 days and everything started coming out in one piece instead of runny

    I had an out break of giardia and I cannot remeember the dosage. I read 50mg per kg but that sounded like a lot. Thank crystal!! and crazycooter
