Heart stick on CONSCIOUS pets

    Anyone ever hear of heart stick??
    Intracardiac injection been done on conscious animals/ pets in shelters pounds and clinics
    Don't know to much about it but sounds absolutely barbaric, was sent this video
    What you think ??? Is this common
