yes, no ruling thus far but all Media outlets believe Bob Stevens will win the case. Unfortunately the Supreme Court has stated that a specific law focusing on what they are trying to ban (i.e. Dog fighting videos) would be a better option than to allow this current law to stand due to it being so emcompassing in nature.

One thing though, the case is not focusing on written speech. There has never been a question that written speech (opinions) is protected under the first amendment.:cool:
