Well a kid with that kind of drive and smarts to form a small operation( even if it is illegal) is a smart kid with goals that just needs proper guidance and positive direction from the parents to help him reach his full potential. Hell most kids are video game vegetables these days that can't think past the first minute of game play let alone construct an operation with some level of sophistication to make money. The kid isn't bad he just needs proper guidance to help him recognize his full potentioal and how to set goals and meet them. Kids turn to all kinds of shit when the parents aren't doing there jobs at home and some are raised well but make the choice to go astray.

 

Just wanted to add it doesn't matter if you are an inner city kid or a country kid you can get into trouble anywhere you go. If you have some good guidance growing up that goes with you no matter where you go.
