Direct me to a Bastrop community forum?

    I am in Guadalajara, MX and am trying to locate a general forum in the Bastrop community.

    The reason being is that I'm trying to locate a dude I went to electronics school with in New Orleans in 1970-72. We were roommates during that time and I haven't heard from him since then (40-years ago!). All I know is he was from Bastrop. His name is Roger Wooden and he would be in his 60's now.

    I was hoping a general forum (or web board) would put me in touch with some Bastrop folks who could help me run down his family-ties and find out where he is these days.
