DeSoto Texas again

    but the law they are considering doesn't sound so bad ( I have no links or any real info other than what I just heard on the news). They are thinking of requiring dog owners (they mentioned big dogs but I am not sure if this will be specific to a certain weight) micriochip their dogs & build taller fences. I have no specifics but that sounds like a good plan so far.

    Beats the hell out of banning and euthanizing them! How I love the places that have open minds.

    I agree atleast they giving owners a chance to keep their dogs and not just taking them from them. Sounds like a great plan.
