    is it me or is this blown outta proportion? yeah, dog on a chain is great. extra exercise equipmeny is great too. not necesary, but good for the dog and the bond betrween the two. as handwalking strengthens the bond. sounds like dude is just rying to help with conditioning some dogs. i don't see a problem.
