Curiosity getting the better of me....

    The box in the lower left hand corner that says what you can and cant do like post new thread or html code:on, Why does it change depending on what thread you are on? like one thread i can edit my posts and the next I cant or one time html is on the next time its off What does all this mean?:confused:
