City Of North Vancouver Considering BSL

I'm asssuming this is in light of recent events {ie: the pits killing the cat on Christmas eve. An event that became a media headline for weeks as the dogs sat in custody waiting for their fate to be determined. This is to close to home for me guys. It's spreading in cities all over my area. Next it will be my province. I don't want to live in another Ontario! Please let them know why BSL doesn't work and give them some alternatives.
