    there are some decent carpet mills that are more free turning then some junk slat mills ive seen.(depending on the belt, mainly) although i think a well built slat will out condition a carpet....if someone knows how to use one. unfortunaley alot of people just slap there dog on there for a 30 min. and call it a day.
