    Can H.A.A.R.P manpulate weather and cause "natural disasters"?

    I started looking up on H.A.A.R.P and found out that it is evil creation, i thought about the earthquakes that happened a few times around the world, in the philippines there was a earthquakes and then the tsunami, then the earthquake in haiti, japan, and i had a theory that, that mother nature had nothing to do with it, that they were playing with something major. Does anyone have the same theory? or am i just going nuts?
