Due to a loophole in the laws prostitution is actually legal in Rhode Island. I have never watched it but there is a documentary about the sex trade and how there is a lot of sex slave trafficking in RI because of the loophole.

Yea I saw that. Because protistution is legal in RI as long as it is indoors. You can't pick up a prostitute on the street but you can offer a girl that is giving you a lap dance dollars for some tail and she can legally accept. Since the age to concent in RI is 16 it makes it legal for them to accept such offers. Before 11:30 at night of course lol <----- yankee humor.

Unfortunately this doesn't surprise me at all. I mean hell in some states you can get married at 14..so why wouldn't there be loopholes for underage strippers if there is LEGALLY a way for underage KIDS to get married?

they dont allow 16y.o. girls to strip, work in strip clubs, or even work in an adult store in RI. This is political bs based on a legal loophole that makes massage parlors, escorts, and indoor prostitution not specifically illegal , therefore legal and the age of 16 being the age of consent in RI as well as when the child labour laws are nullified; just a political agenda skewed by the media. if someone actually foumd a 16yo girl stripping there would be immediate lawsuits, someone in jail, and national news coverage.

 

tracy lords was doing porn movies at 15 or 16. & i wouldn't doubt there are quite a few under age strippers in dade/ broward country. to many foreign girls working at the clubs.
