      whining is normal... especially if she was just separated from the rest of the litter. dont feed her dog food... feed raw... chicken quarters (2-3% of dogs bodyweight) $7 for a 10lb bag at walmart, liver or raw steak (just a couple 1 inch squares), rice 20lb bag at walmart and a half of a multi vitamin. it will be so cheap since you have one dog... good luck
