I am going to be in the market for a bully in the next couple months, and since APBT's require more of thier owners I am trying to learn as much as I can before I decide on what type of APBT to get.
Right now all I think I know is that I want a dog from "game lines." That is thier original purpose.
The main reason I want a pit is thier desire to please, I would rather trust a dog bred to die for me than some stubby, sawed off, top heavy freak that was bred to never bite anything and to be pretty while it praces around in the show ring.
I want a dog with a sound mind, desire to please, loyalty and WILLINGNESS to protect me and my family in our home and the trainability to compete in sporting events (ring, schutzhund agility, ect.) and an even temperment.Interact
